I’m opening a limited number of custom poetry commission spots this month. If you’d like a poem that’s personal, mythic, romantic, wry, spiritual, or created specifically for someone you love, I’d be honored to craft it for you.


Pricing Tiers

Tier One — $25

Short Custom Poem (8–14 lines)
• Tailored to your subject, memory, or message
• Up to 2 light revisions
• Delivered as text + clean PDF

Tier Two — $45

Full-Length Poem (14–24 lines)
• Richer imagery, depth, and thematic development
• Any style you choose (lyrical, intimate, mythic, wry, romantic, spiritual…)
• Up to 3 revisions
• Text + print-ready PDF

Tier Three — $75

Premium Custom Piece (up to ~40 lines)
• Expanded imagery, symbolism, or narrative
• Optional mythic or spiritual layering
• Includes a short author’s note on theme & craft
• Up to 3 revisions
• Text + premium PDF layout

*Longer, multi-page, or highly specialized commissions are fully negotiable.


Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery: 2–3 days
• I often finish sooner — if I can move faster, I will
• Rush option available (24–36 hours, added fee)
• Longer or more complex poems may require additional time, and I’ll give a clear estimate before starting


Usage Rights

• Personal use: fully allowed
• Printing/framing: fully allowed
• Publication (online or print): allowed with credit to the author
• Commercial use: negotiable depending on project


Payment Policy

Payment is due when you confirm your commission.
Because each poem is uniquely written to your specifications, all payments are non-refundable.
Revisions are included in every tier to ensure your piece feels right.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Ko-fi.

1. Send me your subject, tone, and any essential details

2. I’ll ask a few clarifying questions

3. You confirm the commission and submit payment

4. I write your poem and deliver it in the agreed timeframe

5. You can request revisions within your tier

The Edge Of The Forest

My fires were banked to glowing embers, with heat, but only wisps of flame. You called to me, as your coals were fading, and you were ready for the long cold. You asked me to hear your heart, to be witness to your pain, to hold your grief. When I was lost in the same forest, and heard you— your need, your desire to love again— Have rekindled the hearth.
